PRIZES, BALLOTS AND FORMS: Your ballot or digital form or application or phone call including optional picture or video or video link is entered to win a PRIZE(s). By depositing your ballot or sending your digital form, you agree that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are a legal resident of the United States or Canada. If such PRIZE is a trip, you agree that you have the legal right to travel to the departure airport, the destination airport, back, and any stops in between. You also agree that there may be certain blackout periods affecting the availability of the trip. If your form includes a picture or video of a child or phone call from a child under your supervision, you agree that you have the right to load such picture via our website and that you authorise CINA FM Radio to publish such media in digital, audio or other form. If your form includes a video for a singing contest, you agree that you are not a professional performer.

ORIGINAL CONTENT: If you are required to submit content, such content must be original and not created thrugh the use of AI (artificial intelligence).

ARMS LENGTH RELATIONSHIP: You further agree that you are not related in any way to the management or employees of CINA FM Radio or any business associated with the contest on a sponsorship basis.

NO PURCHASE: A purchase is not required to enter a contest.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a PRIZE may depend upon the number of ballots secured on-air at CINA FM Radio, via digital media, at ballot boxes, and through phone calls, if any. You agree not to enter a ballot more than once in any ballot box, not to enter more than once via digital media, not to enter more than once on-air at CINA FM Radio  and not to enter more than once for a phone-in contest. CINA FM Radio is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced ballots, forms, pictures, video, video links or on-air entries. If such PRIZE is part of a photo or video voting contest, the winner will be chosen based on the number of votes for each picture or video in each category if multiple categories exist. If submissions are added during a voting period, the odds of winning will change. CINA FM Radio is not responsible if pictures or videos are placed in the wrong category or lost. CINA FM Radio may reject any photo or video submission at its sole discretion.

CHILDREN: If this is a photo or video contest involving children, please call 313.455.7111 if you did not authorise the submission of your child’s picture or for any other matter related to a child’s security.

ONLINE VOTING: If the contest involves online voting, we reserve the right to limit the number of votes per IP address. We do not accept automated voting. You agree that you will be eliminated from this contest if you attempt to vote by proxy and/or any mechanical or automated means.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: CINA FM Radio will make 3 attempts to contact the winner(s) using the email address on the ballot or form. You agree that you will forfeit the prize if you do not respond within 24 hours of the last attempt to contact you or if your information is not clearly printed on the ballot or form. The winner agrees that his or her name may be publicised by CINA FM Radio and businesses associated with the contest, except if children’s images are used. In such case, the winner’s name will only be published with specific and express consent of a parent or legal guardian.

NOT TRANSFERABLE: The PRIZE(S) is not transferable.

INCOME TAX: You agree that certain prizes may be considered income for the purpose of income tax in your jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for such tax(es).

DISQUALIFICATION: You agree that you will comply with all of the rules stated above. If not, you agree that you may be disqualified from winning any contest.
